Flywheel support has received some feedback for Client Reports generated through Growth Suite. The following points were originally submitted by a Growth Suite user and have been formatted for consistency/readability:
- The Site Optimisation area in reports only shows whether or not caching is enabled for a site. This has little benefit as the vast majority of sites will have caching enabled, and will likely stay that way
- It'd be nice to see some performance-based information within the reports, such as results from a PageSpeed test or similar (such as GTmetrix). This will provide a rich insight into how a site is performing, especially when compared to older reports
- Including uptime data would also provide a solid insight into the stability of a site, potentially highlighting any issues (e.g., if a site has a poor uptime history, this can be used as the basis for further investigation)

Joe Pearce would really like Performance Insights to be available for Client Reports (requested via support chat)

Show vulnerabilities in the client reports so I can upsell my clients to a larger maintenance package and update plugins/themes and clean up the vulnerabilities

“One thing I’d love to see is getting Performance Insights as part of the automated reports. Then we can legit show GA traffic vs the server stats. If they or their client sees something that doesn’t make them happy it’d be a great conversation starter to look at larger overall solutions for the site.” - flywheel sales rep
