  • In Australia it is illegal to send out invoices that do not say TAX INVOICE - can you please set it on our accounts that every invoice has the words "tax invoice" instead of "invoice" in the top right corner
  • Remove the word pending from the top right-hand corner of the invoice. The client refuses to pay this as they do not think that it is a relevant invoice (as it looks like it is only pending in our system).
  • Remove the code "-DRAFT" from the end of the customer reference number. Again, this looks like the invoice is only a draft and therefore is not payable by the accounts team.
