Ensure client emails do not go to spam

Why can't we have them come from our own domain because we do custom email auth like we can do on customer sites. I would love to see invoices and reports come from my domain so when a customer replies it lands on our ticketing system and its authenticated with SPF & DKIM
One big ask though... Let us do a custom dkim key when you present the option so that it doesn't interfere with existing DKIM keys that sendgrid has.

Yes, I'm having issues with emails not being received, which brings me to perhaps a 2nd issue to report.
Why can we not resend an email to an account as a follow-up for an overdue invoice?
I added a new contact to the account, sure would be nice to be able to send the new contact a copy of the existing invoice. Would also be nice to specify if invoice notifications (and other notifications) get sent to primary AND any other contacts listed on the account?

Hey everyone -- we have made some progress to help prevent this issue. The changes we have made (implemented today) are:
-We have updated client emails to be send out from sitesandservices.com rather than from “faking” them from your email on file
-We have added DMARC record to sitesandservices.com - https://domain-checker.valimail.com/dmarc/mail.sitesandservices.com
Please keep reporting this issue here if your clients are still seeing these emails in spam.

This happens with almost any platform, my solve is to send a direct link to the invoice from my personal email. This is not yet a feature in GS, I have requested it in the main feedback list here.

The biggest issued tied to the initial email going to SPAM is that the client can't click on the button once they find the email in their SPAM folder.
