It would be awesome if the product would expose an API or allow for webhooks to publish events. We have developers that could do integrations with our own CRM and other systems if they had access to the various actions happening within Growth Suite such as billing payment events, invoice creation, client adds, etc.

Chris Cooper: Because Growth Suite is using Stripe, you could probably sync Stripe and Freshbooks together with Zapier already.

Not sure what the best tool would be, but if Growth Suite does not create a project management/communication/support type functionality for clients in their portal, then maybe if there are 3rd party tools that you could directly embed/integrate. Maybe like help scout so you could put support threads or something to signify and separate tasks/projects and maybe even add live chat (already suggested in another thread) to use as communication.
