I have seen over the years, sending clients weekly reports (some prefer monthly) but many, keeps us in front of them and has shown we are always helping them. We changed from Monthly to Weekly for all clients and saw a real noticeable change from clients staying in contact with us for new work. Some requested to be changed to monthly and we did that for them which was no problem. At the bottom of the report email, we put a section saying if they would rather have monthly reports just reply back and ask.
