Add DDEV and Lando domains to the license exceptions

I appreciate you all setting up exceptions for the licenses for dev environments like localhost or dev. etc. It would be super helpful if you could add ddev (https://ddev.com/) to that list (also Lando https://lando.dev/ would be nice)
They have local proxy urls like:
