Site Reports should prompt "refresh" of Plugins and Core versions

When running Site Reports after doing a plugin and core update I notice that the version information displayed in the reports is stale. It would be great if Site Reports used fresh information and triggered a Core and Plugin version "refresh" prior to running.

Art Science thanks for your feedback. The reports we're using is collected daily, so there is a risk of them being slightly out of date, but I'l work with my colleagues to see if it's possible to get fresher results.
